軍用與民用環境條件與環境試驗標準

環境試驗的主要目的在於驗證產品的性能(performance)、可靠度(reliability)、或安全性(safety)。
廣義的環境試驗標準分為兩類:(1) 環境條件規格、(2) 環境試驗方法。
環境試驗標準除了MIL-STD-810(軍用)、RTCA/DO-160(航空用)、JIS-C-0010、IEC 60068(一般民用)、ISO 16750(車用)等以環境為主題的專業技術標準之外,有些則是內含在產品規格書(規範),或是與其他技術學門合併的方式存在。
常用的環境條件與環境試驗相關標準,依文件編號次序列舉如下:

1. 在溫度環境試驗執行程序要求部分,可參考之標準為:MIL- STD-810G方法501.5(高溫)、方法502.5(低溫),以及IEC 60068- 2-1(試驗A:冷)、60068-2-2 (試驗B:乾熱)等。
2. 在濕度環境試驗執行程序要求部分,可參考之標準為:MIL- STD-810G方法507.5(濕度),以及IEC 60068-2-67(試驗Cy:穩定狀態濕熱–元件加速試驗)、60068-2-78(試驗Cab:穩定狀態濕熱)等。
3. 在高度環境試驗執行程序要求部分,可參考之標準為:MIL- STD-810G方法500.5(低壓或高度),以及IEC 60068-2-13 (試驗M:低空氣壓力)。
4. 在鹽霧環境試驗執行程序要求部分,可參考之標準為:MIL- STD-810G方法509.5(鹽霧),以及IEC 60068-2-11 (試驗Ka:鹽霧)、60068-2-52 (試驗Kb:鹽霧循環(氯化鈉溶液))等。
