國內相關單位擬定的各種標準在引用時,應該注意階層關係,例如:EN 50155 為歐盟區域標準、BS EN 50155 為英國國家標準,BS EN 50155 為 EN 50155 的等同標準,但是 EN 50155 的位階比 BS EN 50155 高,因此在引用或參考此類標準時,應該以區域標準 EN 50155 為優先,例如亞太經濟合作 (Asia-Pacific Economic Coorporation, APEC)。假如存在的話,最理想當然是直接引用或參考 ISO 或 IEC 國際標準。
