請問各位先進~~

在可靠度測試中的precondition L1/L2/L3是適用在那些產品應用
如L1是軍規產品.....

若是指 IC 的預處理 (Pre-conditioning)，那就與軍規無關，應該是指塑膠封裝、SMD 積體電路的耐溼氣敏感度水準 (Moisture Sensitivity Level, MSL)，為了避免過錫爐時產生爆米花 (Popcorn) 現象，試驗規格標準是由 IPC 與 JEDEC 共同制訂的聯合標準 IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 、試驗程序由 JEDEC JESD 22-A113F 所定義。MSL 總共有 1 ~ 6 六級。L1、L2、L3 應該是指 MSL 第 1、2、3 級。
