JEDEC 發行 JEP 153A:2014 熱應力試驗條件標準

前一版發行時間為2008年1月，JEP 153A 規定有關溫度試驗櫃符合熱應力試驗程序規定的要求，齊一與可再生的證實方法。
A版改版重點：
[*]將「標準」稱法改為「刊物」、「輪廓」修訂為「輪廓參考點」等文字修訂。
[*]增加接面溫度計算式
T_j=T_{chamber} + P \times R_j
適用的試驗設備包括：
[*]單區溫度循環試驗櫃
[*]二區溫度循環試驗櫃
[*]固定式對流爐，有偏壓或無偏壓
[*]固定式冷凍櫃
[*]輸送帶式回流爐（預處理用）
此程序不適於熱板系統、溫濕度櫃或HAST櫃。
