IEEE-STD-1413:2010 硬體可靠度預估架構
本帖最後由 hlperng 於 2012-11-5 10:01 編輯美國電機電子工程師學會(IEEE)可靠度分會(Reliability Society, IEEE-SA)，於2010年修訂改版1998年發行可靠度預估標準，此一版本最大的差別是將原標準名稱《電子系統與設備可靠度預估與評鑑方法》(IEEE Standard Methodology for Reliability Prediction and Assessment for Electronic Systems and Equipment)改為《硬體可靠度預估架構》(IEEE Standard Framework for Reliability Prediction of Hardware)。
